check the confirmation you got on the mail to see what your service center is

the mail came from Texas center does that mean it went to Texas? I thought all the mails came from Texas center.

You 797 Notice says the center at the very bottom.

your case is following the normal process, i filed my I-130 on August 2021 and it was actively reviewed on February 2022. it was approved September 9th 2022 and sent to NVC on September 12th so I think you good. i filed as a permanent resident but I got my citizenship on September 29th so I guess my visa process will be more faster now

also IOE mean mean electronic processing which means you will be getting different notices from different service centers. i got some from California service center, Texas Service center and then Nebraska is where I got the approval notice from

thx cole, so my center could be any of them and I won’t know until they actually start looking at my case. Hoping they speed up the process. The interview date wait is almost a year at this point.

i filed mine I-130 with a paper form so me being from the East coast I mailed it Texas service center so after I started getting notices from different centers I wanted to be sure where exactly my case is and I call USCIS and they told me my case is at the Texas service center but being processed electronically

i was in que for about 2 months before they reviewed documents. i had to resubmit my hubs birth certificate 3 times and each time I waited just about 2 months for document review…
