active review sence September 28th

@vee m, did USCIS acknowledge the K3 application by issuing a receipt for it. or you only got a receipt number for 1-130 only?

@kl they issue the reciept. I recieved mine after 30 days.

@vee m, I sent my K3 applications on February 28th and I have not seen any receipt from them

@kl mine took 30 days. Have you been actively reviewed ? I haven’t.

@ happy wife, can I still fill the G-1145 form since I never submitted it with the K3

I got my K3 application reciept yesterday. At least I know they got it

but my beneficiaries name was misspelt. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do
