Action taken emails
Hi! I received 2 emails stating that actions were taken on my IR-5 cases last March 11 and another one the next day but when I checked, it still said reviewing. Has this happened to anyone else? My PD date is November 20, 2023. Thanks in advance!

same thing happened to me. got just one email though. that action is being taken but when I login it still the same “case is being actively reviewed “

I finally got approved 04/25.
