“Action on a case” means anything like approved, RFE etc… it’s might take few days to reflect the results online. better call and find out. let’s hope for the best.

You will receive another letter with better explanation. As the above comment stated, it could mean it got approved, or they may ask for more evidence. Dont get scared, remember this is a process :)

what is a approval notice?

it is a notice stating you are approved to move forward with your case. you will always receive an approval or denial first thing before proceeding with any immigration case
