Same happened. Did you find any solution?

Hello. This just happened to me! I made a payment on April 23, 2023 and the money was deducted from my bank on April 25, 2023. My payment status showed paid and I was able to access where it says "submit document". Tuesday May 9, 2023, I recieved an email that my payment was rejected. I went online and it shows up as "pay now" when the day before that it stated "paid". I submitted an inquiry with my proof of payment and my bank statement that shows the funds were removed. I don't know how long they'll take to respond.

@Nessy my payment processed after 3 days and the funds were also taken from my bank. However, after two weeks they sent me that email. They responded to my email and the NVC told me that duplicated and rejected fee payments should be resolved by pay.gov within 30 days. However, on the pay.gov website it states the following; Why is my payment rejected or delayed? Contact your bank or credit card company for that information. Pay.gov doesn't have that information. Pay.gov only collects your payment information and then sends it to the bank or card company for processing. Where is my refund? Contact the agency you paid. Pay.gov doesn't have this information. I am going to call my bank tomorrow.

had the same issue for a week now. Today it was fixed. says “paid” now again
