about affect Vawa case

Additionally, we negotiated a Voluntary Dismissal (VD) for your charge of "Careless and Reckless Driving."
this one I got from court
so do i need to report uscis if charges was dismissed?
and it will affect my pending Vawa or not ?
please let me know guys if anybody have same situation

yes it has effect on immigration case but speak with your attorney regarding it as you receive the letter from the court .

it won't is jut spending ticket, just let ur attorney know, spending is not federal crime,
