AB 60 while waiting for H4B - is it safe?
My H1 is approved and I have the new I797. My wife's H4 is in progress and her DL is about to expire. Is it safe to apply for AB60 licence until we receive her new legal presence document? I am wondering because AB60 is generally called the DL for undocumented and am afraid how it will be interpreted in future for GC and such. Thanks.
