@pat thank you 🙏 and yes I expedited like 4 times ! lmao first 2 were ignored 3rd was denied because of outstanding RFE and 4th was approved within 1 day of asking me for evidence which I sent! November 5th I put the last request in nov 12 they requested evidence and I sent it one hour after. it was a weekend so Monday morning my case updated to case approved

financial hardship. submitted like 20 pages of evidence.. backed up bills, miscellaneous payments that add up my rent car notes etc my toddlers expenses

congrats Taj, just wondering, i submitted first expedite request months ago and no response yet. they told me it’s assigned to an officer but still nothing. I’m worried if I submit another request, it’ll cause further delay or put my expedite request to the back of the line again. from your experience, would you advise me to just resubmit expedite request at this point?

I think IOE you filled on line, my I13@ was IOE we filed online and was processed in California, the rest of my forms are MSC processed in NBC

USCIS has the tracking number in your account under the case so yes everything updates from the minute it’s picked up until it’s delivered
