I’m still in good faith with my wife but they way we are now,I seen that she don’t wonn help me get the card and so I’m praying hard to get an approval and not interview cos I know she won’t go with me. share your thoughts bro. thanks

hi did you send a letter of the divorce proceedings/decree before interview, or at the time of the interview you showed up with the divorce decree?

@M H I uploaded the decree few days before the interview. and showed up with the divorce too but they didn’t ask me for it. she told me that she saw the one I uploaded and that was enough.

el divorcio sale creo que en agosto, ósea cuando me llegue debo notificar a uscis? cómo se hace??
