@D K If you apply for I-765 with I-485, you don’t pay for I-765. You choose/write I-765 category in the application, so USCIS issue you EAD without any fee. i.e. Issue EAD due to pending I-485.

@Me BHE If you filed Form I-485 before April 1, 2024, you don't need to pay an additional fee to file Form I-765. If you filed Form I-485 after April 1, 2024, you must pay a separate fee of $260 for Form I-765

@D K Oh, Thanks for sharing this information. Well I would say wait until USCIS withdraw the amount for 765, as they already did it for 485, & 131.

i have mistakenly sent 520. but actual fee is 260. they deducted the check of 520 and sent me receipt notice. lol. not sure if they will revert it or keep the fees.
