This is the response I got from Emma:
“The case is undergoing reviews with the National Benefits Center. Once the reviews are completed, the case will be placed in line for adjudication. The case was last reviewed by the office on 07/16/2026. The interview is marked as waived. The office is not requesting anything from you at this time. The next step for the case is to be transferred to a field office.”
The interview is waived for now, but can it be scheduled later?
How long does it usually take from this point? Any idea?

yes it can be scheduled.

Interview waiver is only temporary, it may not stay waived until approval. Emma said my interview was waived last year, the other day they said it is not waived currently. Gotta say you had a nice agent with a detailed response.
