I think you can request a special travel emergency. Try to contact uscis and ask them if they can give you a emergency reentry. Or something similar. Sorry for your loss, sending prayers

they haven't mailed it yet. it will update to "we mailed your new card" before it then update again to "The post office picked up a mail containing your card".. that's when the post mail person will deliver your card before it finally update to "Card was delivered to me by post office".. so please you just have to be patient. hopefully you gets all this updates this week or early next week.
