413 days and finally approved!
After long 13.5 stressfull month, 6 month of unemployment and many many enquiries to USCIS through congressman and senators, ombudsman and my employer, Nebraska finally decided to approve my EAD/AP just right before holiday season.
I had 4x ERs, 6x SR, 3x tier2 agent calls, 100x chats, 3x congressional enquiries and 3x Ombudsman enquiries. mostof these have left unanswered and I'm not sure which method worked but I can say being a pain in the neck works in this system. My latest effort yesterday to ask to expedite my I131 (for the 2nd time) seems to helped and got everything approved. I yet to receive the medical RFE for GC and not sure how long I have to wait for it.
For those who want more details, it was new application C09 category EB2. I had one RFE in Aug asked for new photos.
Its time for me to log off from this community and return to normal life. Wish you all get yours soon and merry xmas!

@Ethan, I hope so too. I've been waiting for 14 months, and unemployed since March 2020. My congresswoman filed an enquiry for me this week, so I hope to receive some positive news next week.

I had the RFE in June 2021 I sent my documents to USCIS in August 30.
hopefully something new soon 🙏🏿

@Demian, very good question! but I don't have any answer for that. System is so messed up that they even don't consider skipping EAD and issuing GC directly.
