my AP was approved the next day after EAD. so yours still can be Combo. my cases has been transferred to NBC more than 60 days and still waiting.

@cora salón in our case EAD and AP are respectively forms I-765 and I-131 that we could file concurrently

2 more AP approved today, you were right @Songyuan Cang the strange thing is that my daughter’s is still pending, doesn’t show the biometrics update.

@Stressed but Hopeful that doesn’t matter, my biometrics never applied but still approved as a Combo. Fingerprint is not a mandate for Combo.

@Kun A I think 2 or 3 days, and 2-3 more days to get approved. Watch if they charge your bank account or credit card. My lawyer got an email with the number for the I-140. we lost more than 3 weeks initially because the first time my bank rejected the charges from USCIS and they sent the whole package back with open (sealed) medicals. The second time I used personal checks.

@feu vert Thank you for the detailed insight! This is still very helpful even though mine’s NIW. I had a similar situation, my package was returned due to some missed questions. I resent it with PP and it was delivered/picked up yesterday, so I am hoping to get updates by this weekend or early next week. Mine’s money orders and I’m tracking. Did your receipt number stay the same as when you first filed? fyi just filing I140 for now
