@pet pet you see every case is just different and that’s y when person tellin me constantly oh u have to wait 3/4 years before everything is over I don’t pay them much attention because I’ve seen cases complete within 1 year and 3 months more than one case too. I can be that lucky person as well

what is the timeline for vawa please share

my vawa case took 3years and 1month. I initially filed for 130 and 485. I was interviewed for 485 as soon as I file for 360 but I didn't notify my field office about it. therefore, I was called by the field office for 485 interview. I went in for 485 interview with my 360 notification and the officer still went ahead to do the interview. I was given a white paper that says my case is under review.

I filed for I-360 on feb 25th 2019. It was approved on March 24, 2022.

@good luck, vermont service center. my was feb 25, 2019. I waited for 3years and 1 month. I didn't have police report and I didn't get prima facie but got approved.

@good luck. after you get your your approval notice for the I360 you have to notify your field office about the approval so they can make a decision on your pending I-485.
