why I am not receiving PF?

July 2023 here. no RFE, 2024 august update says "correspondence received and USCIS is reviewing it," no update since, got the NTA after 4th PFD (still within the 4th PFD). attorney about to file FOIA on my case. no idea what's in store. Hopefully we all get our cases approved. amen.
