When medical was requested this year January, it was from Missouri but I submitted my application to Vermont

@Idan !!! same here, all my application was submitted to Vermon at the beginning, but my medicals was sent to lees summit kansas city missouri. uscis acknowledged receiving my medicals on Feb 26th. haven't heard anything since then. I started my case on October 19th 2021. how about you?

@Syed Razvi they wanted me to fill out I-864 (sponsor). Still don’t understand why they will require me to do that. I guess you can never tell with these people

@Syed Razvi I know right. Case was transferred from Vermont to Missouri and at Missouri, they request for medical and birth certificate. My local office is requesting sponsorship after VAWA is approved

@Good vibes For ever I got a family friend to do it. whatever USCIS wants, they gets, otherwise, your case will be left unattended

@E L I got another update 2 hours ago for another rfe after I sent in i864. I am confused at this point. I have sent medical and i864. What else could they possibly want

@E L It’s exhausting. How do they go for requesting initial evidence two time and then boom request for additional evidence. What’s the difference between initial evidence and additional evidence.

They @Syed Razvi after responding to request for sponsor. They didn’t acknowledge and now the requested that I complete sponsorship exemption. I don’t know how to go about that. Anyone with experience?

I have to file same exemption request and just sent them on Tuesday let’s see.

65 days since I submitted sponsor exemption and they are yet to acknowledge receipt and no update. it’s tiring
