18 months gor i-130 and atill waiting! !! 12 months in texas service center, 6 months in detroit field office and still there with zeroooo action!!!!!
18 months . since november 2022.
why it was transferred to detroit field office 6 months ago ?? I didn’t get a notice ! i reached to the senator . nothing happened . and all what I can see is 2023 even 2024 fillers getting approved!!!

@usama kashif i am a us citizen i filed i-130 for my husband in 9 November 2022 . it was in texas service center for 12 months . then it was transferred 6 months ago to detroit field office and still no action !
i wish that what you are saying is true . how do u know that it’s near? and 6 months in the field office isn’t a long time ?

@C J i same here… not allowed to expedite or to fill an inquiry. I reached to the senator.. still nothing. I can’t do anything..
