Yes, you can. And it seems filing k3 has been the trick for most recent approved cases. However, I don't know the support document that must be submitted as evidence.

@pisces all you need is to submit the form with your NOA1 receipt marriage certificate , I only send my k3 with my receipt , they already have all your evidence with your 1-i30

and if my spouse has a child, am I going to file a separate I-129F for the child…under 18yrs old.

It's been 6 months. I don't understand why it's taking so long. am I a citizen yes. either of us married no. seen each other yes. 3 things is what I saw they look for.. so tired of waiting!

checklist:Photographs. Proof of your U.S. citizenship. Proof or original statements of intent to marry from both you and your fiancé(e). Proof of legal termination of all prior marriages for both you and your fiancé(e). Proof that you and your fiancé(e) have met in person within two years before filing Form I-129F. Completed Form G-28 (only if you are represented by an attorney or an accredited representative). Certified English translations of any non-English documents.
