@b s I did reach out to my congressman sometimes in September 2023, my vawa was approved February 2024.

@b s I think you are getting me wrong. When you reach out to congressman, they will contact uscis on your behalf and most times, they get response fast. This might trigger uscis to work on your case considering its over 39months already. Just search for congressman in your zip code, it will show you their contact. Reach out to them and let them know you need help with immigration, they will take it up from there
