mine is 2060 total days since I filled the i360, my case 2020 Feb. RFE submitted July 2022. so far 4 Prima facies received. still waiting, the attorney is telling the case is under process, getting prima facies so asking me to wait only. even i don't know how long it might take to get updates 🙃

Would this help me speed up the process, but I'm extremely concerned that I won't encounter any issues, and if I do, how will my lawyer assist me?

@Star Sports I’ve already done two congressional inquiries. From what I know, they can only make an inquiry on our behalf, but USCIS usually just replies that the case is still being processed. You can try that route,it might help with your delay, but in my understanding, a congressional inquiry cannot force USCIS to make a decision. They can only check on the status of the case. The actual processing time and decision, especially in VAWA cases, are entirely up to USCIS. That’s what my lawyer explained to me. You can contact your congressman man and request them to do a enquiry, it doesn’t hurt the process. all the best. my case is almost 7 years now, still USCIS responded that the case is in normal processing time lol
