I must give thanks to the community for all the assistance I received, I greatly appreciate it.
My immigration journey still continues as I'm still waiting for the approval for my son i130. He's outside of the country. I have submitted 'out of the normal processing time and waiting for them to review it. He is a minor being filed for my husband who is a citizen. His case was at Texas and they transferred to the NBC.
so the wait continues.......
