I have applied an I-130 for my wife on March 22, 2024. it says “as of April 12, 2024, we are actively your I-130 Petition…etc” I’ve been seeing that message for months! anybody have any idea why? it also says nothing outstanding on their records. shouldn’t I have got case decision by now? also our ranking keeps going up!

pd march 4 2024 atolladero Waiting, they are working correctly in October so we still have to wait about four more months
