my spouse case has long been approved and she has done change of status but neither her Green Card nor EAD never arrived and now they say Case close due to you received Benefits through other means ,this is strange and it baffles me and my spouse ,what must I do please advice me

first it was a permanent Resident filing been approved since 2020 and later asked me to do a change of Status without receiving the Green card and to which I did and that too has been approved and now they say "Case is Close " because applicant or petitioner received Benefits through other means '
