Don’t stress, just send the documents again, they might have lost them. In my case it will be hard to get most again

send the same documents with a written letter from your attorney explaining you have submitted same documents before and don’t forget to include both old and new documents if you stumble upon any new one !

@Missy May resend documents is risky, because they may deny you. if they sent second rfe that means they need more evidence, not the same documents again. you said you sent 5 pages long letter with explanations why you don’t have proof of some documents, however you still need to figure out something. just explanation that you don’t send what they need because you don’t have it is not enough in my opinion. try to get some affidavits etc. Definitely in this situation you MUST have a lawyer

Try and get friends and family to write about the abuse & cruelty you went through and make sure they notorized and they attach their ID & number then add it to what you’ve previously submitted with a letter from your lawyer explaining. Do not panick. All the best 🙏

@🙏MY GOD IS ON TIME🙏 🙏 I sent 15 notarized affidavits the first time! 10 affidavits when they sent the first RFE sent a 5 page letter explaining why I was missing some documentation. Now I don’t know.
