# RFE Vawa
Hi everyone please how do I get 3years police clearance from my country. I’m curious if the public charge will not affect my I360 approval due to getting food stamp and Medicaid since Dec 2020 till now please I need some answers thanks y’all in advance.

Contact someone from your home country using copy of the rfe from the USCIS. Public charge cannot affect you as a VAWA applicant and moreover, the public charge rule was halted.
