I’m July 11, my case for husband has been actively reviewed since August 19/2023, he hasn’t even done any biometrics or anything… I’m just so confused why we haven’t heard anything since our first actively review … it’s almost 11 months now this month

I don’t know why they are taking so long on I-485. since your I-130 is approved why are they still not getting the I-485 approved on time.

if your marriage is less than two years they approve your green card without wasting time but if is more than two years they delay the decision 🙄
