@2022 filer just call them on customer service number to schedule info pass appointment and apply for emergency travel document show your mom realted document.

If you do not have an advance parole, you can schedule an urgent InfoPass appointment and request it. If you already have advance parole and do not have any criminal record or deportation order, you can go. Take your passport, your work permit, and the advance parole. If they ask you the reason for your trip, you can say it is because your mother passed away. My condolences.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your mom , may God give you the strength to pass through this challenging time. I have not used AP Myself but it is safe the idea is, your i131 wouldn’t have be approved/granted if USCIS didn’t find you eligible for re-entry. so you’re good. Also some people try to use airport that is familiar with such document like NY NJ but of course if this is not convenient you don’t have to fly through them. upon re-entry they will just ask questions about why you travelled and then pull up your case just to verify it is still active etc. You will be fine.
