no notifications from uscis my attorney always check on her email but didnāt get any mail from uscis and she called also ask about RFE and the uscis said didnāt asked anything for now so thatās why Iām wondered..
dee w4 de jul de 2022
@beth.. itās just a request for additional evidence. you arenāt able to read the description with the RFE???
beth M4 de jul de 2022
i canāt find if what the documents they are need. I already check the case status tool online and I just see the case is being actively reviewed

tas smith4 de jul de 2022
whatever you do don't go to that interview your going to setup yourself up for more questions if you go stay in the parking lot
dee w4 de jul de 2022
@leo pap.. havenāt heard that.
dee w4 de jul de 2022
@tas smith I mean, so? weāve been together for almost 5 years. i donāt care what questions they ask me. we will both know them lolā¦
tas smith4 de jul de 2022

dee w4 de jul de 2022

Congrats dee w but I agree with others who are advising you to not be present in the interview. I would love to fly out and be present with my husband but Iāve heard it is advisable to not go. The officer may ask you to wait outside or you may have to reschedule with you not present. It will look as if youāre helping him in some way but you will be hurting him in the process. You will be together forever.. after the interview so please reconsider your options. Congrats again! I canāt wait to book my husbandās flight from Uganda!

@tracey. thanks for the detailed insight ⦠please forgive me for asking, as I really am just tryna to āget itā⦠so, being as tho there are ppl out there that do this sh*t for ulterior motives, we, the ones that truly met and fell for one another long distance, basically get looked upon the same when in reality, weāre just tryna be there & actually SHOW THEM like hey Iām here, WEāRE here, itās a long time coming, weāve been patient and am tryna show yāall that this is sumthin realā¦.so bcuz of the bsāers⦠sumthin as simple as showing up to support my spouse can/will be frowned uponā¦? oh goshā¦
that being said, Iāve read plenty of couples went together & the immigration officer said that that was a good thing ⦠but again, this isnāt my profession, I work on cars for a living lmao.
dee w5 de jul de 2022
okay. thanks for that info @leo!
Tracey M5 de jul de 2022
@dee w Best of luck and trust me I understand. I would love to be there with my husband.

@happywife.. I mean, Iām going lol. my attorney hasnāt ever steered us wrong for years now. the research Iāve done is the opposite. to each their own. but it doesnāt make logical sense to me. plus, weāve planned this for forever now. i am attending it.
dee w10 de jul de 2022
@happy wife same with me. even on lawfully as well Iāve seen where ppl have went. i mean, it is what it is. everyone has different experiences depending on their end goal. u gotta keep in mind too, thereās ppl out there that do this crap solely for monetary gain or just to gain entry to the states. thereās the bad apples that ruin it for the ppl the have truly met someone & have been together for awhile & want to continue life together like anyone else. so, at the end of the day, I do my research, I do my due diligence, but ultimately I make my own decisions based upon how I feel, what my mind and heart tell, what my attorney says, what the US Embassy in JA says⦠thereās been success stories with both going & thereās been success stories with them going by their self soā¦.. itās just one of those things ya know. either way, I pray all goes well for u and your husband, I pray yāall get approved after the interview & I pray that you both have an amazing marriage and life!
