Good Morning Everyone
I have a question
my Vawa is pending I would like to know
when am I Supposed to send my adjustment of status
Am I supposed so send it When my category comes current on the visa bulletin?
How does that works ?
My priority date is May 20 2022

What is your priority date? I believe chart for filing is accepting applications with priority date earlier than September 2023. You need to wait until you category becomes current either final action or dates for filing chart.

everything could have filed concurrently when it comes to vawa wether u were married to a LPR or USC

@shari Mc if you applying all together you should to get your work permit already if not you need to wait until your vawa gets approved this could takes 3 to 3.5 years then you apply for your adjustments of status this takes another 8 to 10 months.
