yes experience. I uploaded my birth certificate and I knew they were going to ask for it and they RFEd me anyways. mine was posted 5 days later online. I responded online and via mail. 6.5 months later it looks like they “received” it yesterday :)

yes as Soon as it’s mailed out it will be visible under the “documents” tab

@L H yes I did. I got it for the current year’s tax return and proof of activate military status for my husband. I sent it in via fed ex, it was received and updated on the site within 5 days

@L H I received the rfe mid January, responded end of February and got the approval mid April which is coincidentally the date for the deadline to respond.

I mailed it with ups and it delivered on time each time I try to expedite my case online it says it's til within normal processing time 🥺

but it's best adviseable to do both send and upload.
