Case was sent to the Department of State

Today status changed to “Case was sent to the Department of State” I did not get “Case Approved” status. It went straight to what I just wrote. I’m guessing is the same thing as approved. What comes next? Please detail your answer. Also, anyone knows how the wait times are for US Embassy in Bogota, Colombia. Thanks all, #I-129F #K1
