My Jorney to Immigration approval
As an immigrant navigating the often complex and stressful process of securing legal status in the US, I recently experienced a range of emotions when I received my approval without an interview. While I am grateful for this outcome, my journey was not without its challenges. One major hurdle I faced was with my medical forms. I had double checked multiple times that they had been received, only to find out that the USPS had lost them. This was a frustrating setback, but I didn't give up. I contacted my doctor and was able to get an original copy made and sent via UPS to ensure they arrived on time. This experience taught me the importance of being proactive and following up on critical documents. Another key factor in my approval was expediting my case. I had to do this twice, as the officer requested evidence of necessity for my I-765 and I-131 forms. While this added some extra stress and uncertainty, I was determined to do everything in my power to speed up the process and ensure that my case was reviewed as quickly as possible. Overall, my journey to immigration approval was challenging, but it taught me important lessons about perseverance, attention to detail, and taking action to overcome obstacles. I hope that my story can serve as inspiration and encouragement to others who are navigating similar journeys. #gratefulforeverything #Eb2NIW
