USCIS spelled my last name wrong I called them they told me someone will call me less then 30days also the USCIS agent wrote to the people who fix the typos and within a month my last name was fixed

the agent ended up calling after they fixed it so I recommend having the uscis agent write them a letter to fix it

okay, so I will call then 10/20 again (that’s when they said someone will reach out to me again, the first time no one reached out) let’s see what they will tell me. it is wrong on my online account when I log in as well - so that’s just silly. thanks sonia. I’ll see what will happen !!

no. not till the 30 days are over there’s nothing they will be able to do
