I always saw the updates when I logged in. sometimes you receive the text late and you would have already seen the update on the case.

@vk si I received an email. I never receive an email when there’s an update, the update just comes through.

Couple of months ago it was a glitch. Many people got this update. Tomorrow just chat with emma or call the uscis to make sure everything is OK.
