I've been waiting for over a month now. The officer told me that my application was approved and that it'll be a 10 years Green card. anyone was in my situation? how long did you wait? Cincinnati Ohio field office

mine is Aug 15th still waiting too …I got approved on the spot but nothing yet

Hello, my interview was on September 3 and I received my Green Card on September 10. In Cincinnati as well, mine was a K1 visa tho. During the appointment I wasn’t told if it was approved or denied but the status was updated later the same day. Good luck

2 weeks ago i called uscis to inquire about my case. they sent a message to the field office and saidto give them 30 days to repply to it. yesterday they answered via mail apologizing for taking long and saying that they're still processing it and to expect an answer within 60 days from the day I received their letter.

wow I just read your post ..why are they asking for medical after which it was already submitted ..mine clocked 1 month yesterday after interview..do you think I should do a case inquiry? did you use a lawyer for your application ?
