prima facie is a good sign which indicate that the VAWA has met the minimum requirements and if ever uscis would ask additional requirements after their review, then it should be something minor and so worrying should not be a concern

@bryan alvarado Not everybody gets a prima facie and getting it doesn’t mean it’s a 100% that it’s a good sign of approval. There’s been petitioners here who got prima facie and finally got denied. Same as petitioners who never got it but got approved. USCIS is very unpredictable in following certain process they establish because no case is the same and are processed by different personnel at the time it was received. Like for example people talk about receiving prima facie but little is said about getting an informational letter which in the write up USCIS says is mandatory and the only means of them responding to inquiries about your Vawa. Our prayer should be the end result of getting approved.
