i sent uscis a online massage through my account for a document that they uploaded for a Biometric appointment that has been scheduled from them but the document had a error every time i try to open it. The service officer replied to me completely misunderstanding what i wrote .
this is what I received in my inbox . Should i contact them and let them know that hey I don’t know what you’re guys talking about or just let it go and wait the notice on the mail .

Scanners available for public use can be found in some businesses and libraries. You may also wish to photograph your documents and save them to your computer in order to upload the evidence into your account. If you are unable to upload documents, please submit your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card by paper filing
