mine still says case received since February 2021 even though I did bio etc

the online status doesn’t reflect the actual status of your case 100%. sometimes it doesn’t get updated. if you rly want to check, the best thing is to call them

I made my biometrics on September 27th at 1 pm and by the end of the same day they updated my case to show fingerprints were taken.

@Fernanda I did my biometrics on Sept 27 and at 1 pm as well. it’s at fingerprints were taken. Has it moved to ready for interview? what’s your field office?

generally case becomes ready to schedule for interview in a week or so still no update. your is family or employment based? mine is family

@abc pat My case in under SIJS- special immigrant juvenile status, I got my I-360 approved and applied for work permit + green card. An agent from USCIS told me that SIJS is employment based.

I’m right there with you. I had my biometrics taken August 27. I called USCIS after not seeing any updates. All that was said is there were some movements since and my case is still in review.

i took my bios yesterday morning and they changed my status to: case is actively being reviewed. by night time they changed it again to: ead is being produced (nebraska office)
