TSC->NBC->RFE
my 485 was transferred on 4/19 from TSC to NBC. I saw my status got updated today that "request for initial evidence has been sent". I was waiting on medical RFE. hope this is the one. any thoughts?

@rajan, I haven't received the physical rfe yet, just saw update online. I contacted Emma a few days ago, and was told that case is at San Antonio local office. I think it will be from there. thanks. will keep you posted.

it's for the medicals for both me and my spouse. I received it in mail yesterday and sent out the forms today. I had it in hand since January 2022.

@lone ranger, I actually did not submit the medicals at the time of filling in 2019. the lawyers asked me to wait for the RFEs. after getting my i140 approved in September 2021, I decided to have the medicals done in January so that I could send them out immediately once I receive the RFEs. thank you!

I received two separate RFE letters one for myself and the other for my spouse.
