stokes interview
heard a really weird thing today that if they make you sign something during a stokes interview. it means denial. does anybody have any experience over this ?

@ Z A,it might be true depending on the officer, the same happens to my friend, the wife who is a US citizen was asked to sign,few hours later,they received email saying their 130 and I 485 was denied

hmmmmmm- signing on a a white piece of paper that is stapled to your 485 interview only means that you were there in the interview and that the interview is completed- anything that comes in the form of approved/denied has very little to do with what was signed- my IO asked all parties in the room to sign- my husband his interpreter his lawyer and myself which meant we all were in there and that the interview is completed- don’t read to much into a piece of paper that you are asked to sign-clearly the lawyer and interpreter are not a part of denial/approval getting approved or denied depends on your actions in the interview- if you are in a bona fide marriarge you can prove it with just 1 piece of paper or 1 simple photo with parents/children or even having affidavits with priests signature or family notarized -
