January 2020 and nothing.
I just submitted expedite request on January 31st. we'll see what happens in the coming weeks.
There are two options available to help your case.
1) Submit expedite request via Emma.
2) Join Mandamus lawsuit. closing date February 6 2023.
Lawsuit was file on January and now they open the window to add additional plaintiffs. Since it is an ongoing lawsuit the open window to add plaintiffs is short.
