So disheartening seeing so many CRP cases forgotten
It’s April and still CRP after 3 months of being current and one year anniversary of AOS filing. All I see these days are newly submitted AOS cases with PDs later than us getting approved. I don’t understand USCIS reasoning behind this. Why doesn’t DOS allocate visa to our cases? Honestly I don’t know what else to do… 🥲#CRP

very frustrating indeed. Anyone with good experience with services requests / congressman?

They just don’t work. I tried SR two times and they didn’t work. Others tried congressman and didn’t work either 🥲@v san

@Yas I I see nothing to do. just believe based on their pace that by summer is, who are 3 months current by now will be finally approved somehow. in my block there are still 203 cases in CRP , they have approved 71 cases since 01.24.24, do I hope to get some news by middle of summer at least. my attorney says April-May we will be approved 🤞

@D A Honestly I hope so! Because I don’t wanna wait till the next fiscal year 😒There are 150 CRPs in my block. Sometimes the number goes up 😤and this makes me so mad. Hope for the best 🙏🏻

@Yas I I believe it goes up , cz they add cases which are not current right now. they are not our “competitors”, I hope so :)

they are working on our blocks at least — not tens of approvals per day but at least a few. we are no MSC-249 block but at least we are seeing some approvals. imagine being in the 229s block!

@Enri MN Yes, but they are really slow 😒

@Yas I we have to be patient. If you already have your EAD and advance parole, there is nothing to worry about.

you can try to inquiry with local congress, if no help, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@Mark Kim thanks for the advice. I’ll wait till July and then I’ll try to sue them.
