they receive my response in Aug 25 but they didn’t update to show that they received. I just know because of the fedex tracking #.

same here. they received on Sep 29, but no acknowledgement of receipt or status update. this is for Nebraska center

I personally dropped in FO on Sep 24 and no update even when I called USCIS. They told the same story that it can take up to 60 days.
