second rfe after medical for EB3
i will lose my mind. i submitted my medical rfe response and now they are sending me a second rfe for my diplomas, transcripts, travel records. and I-20 and so many other things. HOW IS THIS ALL RELEVANT 10 YEARS AFTER I GRADUATED AND HAVE BEEN WORKING ON H1B FOR 6 YEARS!!!!!!
plus their stupid rfe didnt even show up on the tracker. it seems like they sent this to me in early June and my deadline was September 13, which passed already. i got the letter today in the mail

you can still submit. the new covid deadline extension rule gives 60days more as grace to the submit by date on the letter. this rule was recently renewed and extended till early 2022.

@Evr received also for second RFE on Sept 24, 2021. i am waiting for original notice hopefully receive the notice next week.

@Evr for New employer job offer updated date, proof of continuous work authorization, school enrollment evidence and quizzes, diploma and tuition payment since the beginning. I will submit my 2nd RFE on Monday.

wow very similar to mine. this so doesn't make sense. they almost try to make the process so burdemsone on purpose. 😢 well wishing you all the best. i hope you get good news after this.

I got my green card already after 30 submitted my 2nd RFE. My 2nd RFE all about school documentation and school activities.
