more likely it’s your medical or tax papers can be anything don’t stress when they sent mines I was stress only to see is recent tax for my affidavit

@ a o you applied for I-130 back in 2019? You should have filed I-485 when the category becomes current, you have green card with you already by now. Did you apply fir EAD and AP as well?

i am in the same situation they ask me about my sponsor taxes do you have to maintain your status if you are in still

i also am in newark nj fo. i got a RFE for I864 with recent tax documents from my sponsor

i received the same rfe for form i-864

mine came in yesterday, they are asking i-864 and birth certificate which were provided in the application. birth certificate had expiration date maybe they wanted see a current one.
