any proof you have of you two from the day you got married is good. eg. Bank statements, pictures, if you filed taxes after you got married, add the return too. the more the evidence, the best! you are on course for a waived interview! all the best!

@m se. I also sent letter from my husband's parents and their friends saying they know me and etc, I also wrote a letter with my husband telling the story how we met and etc. in a few days I was approved and interview was waived

@MD where did rfe come from? field office or service center?

I would add pictures since your marriage (together and with family). I would also write a letter explaining what you have done, where you went to your honeymoon (pictures work too). Also, adding proof of taxes and documents together work!

thank you everyone; I hope the interview is waived. the rfe request is from field office. we added a lot of pictures from before the marriage. we got married in June and have done additional evidence since then but we have not filled taxes yet so it’s a lot of the same evidence (same lease, same bank account, same insurance dependence etc)

I was worried that they needed different forms of proof but I think maybe more of the same but since marriage might eork
