after my GC interview we got a RFE. corrected birth certificate . RFE send to uscis FO. waiting for a case desicion.

@manu and @ LP LP, did uscis at least acknowledge your rfe response as we received your response?

as per my lawyer, Docs was delivered at uscis FO. by usps. also I asked Emma . a uscis representative texted me tha he seems Documents was received.

AJ as per my knowledge if you send a RFE to a USCIS FO. they don't usually update the case status. at this point is just a matter of you and the officer who sent the RFE.

@AJ - USCIS acknowledged it the day after the response was delivered

LP, for me I know it was delivered. Emma live agent is not acknowledging receiving documents. it's been 34 days.

my lawyer told me that documents was delivered on July 6. as per USPS tracking number. I don't care about Emma.
