retrogression coming in November for eb3
hello everyone. just want to discuss with you and know more about it. as we know there are chances that there might be retrogression for eb3 in November. who is going to be effected with this? My pd is September 2018, and filed my aos in September 2020. do you think i can get effect for this? im talking about rest of the world countries, not china and India.

i watched few videos from attorneys on Youtube, they said there’s a high possibility rest of the world countries will also be retregressed. india and china is already in retrogression.

I think the bigger issue is the fact they are seriously behing issuing EADs for pending AOS applications. If the dates retrogress for ROW it will clear out in a couple of months, so if not now, we from ROW will be greened next year. But the bigger issue is that they are severely lagging behing on EADs.
Where did you give your bio? What was the RFE about?

what is PD is it the date you applied for for Lc or submit the i-40?

My PD September 2014 we filled 485 last year 2020 and received ead/ap card and also received medical Rfe and response back last month August 19 but still my online account showed me fingerprint were taken. I don’t know what happened in November 2021😳.
