how did you expedited

what did you do?

I applied for my advance parole,they sent me receipt notice,but I’m trying to expedite my lawyer said they can’t get them on the phone or anything.

time varies greatly

@hopeful soul Did Emma ask for any reason to expedite? What did you say if you don't mind? I tried to expedite 3 times through a live customer agent. For all 3 times the agent asked me the reasons and what I had to say and noted it down and said they'll send it to my service center and they'll get back to me requesting evidence. We have evidence but unfortunately all 3 times they denied the expedite without asking evidence.

I agree with @hopeful soul, it depends. I received decision of approval just hours after notice expedite request received

hopeful soul my lawyer applied for the AP last month when I asked her if she expedited so I can get it faster she said she can’t get a hold on them right now,it’s very hard to expedited because of backlog

can I still expedited myself or
